CNC Turning

Our CNC turning hall is equipped with six state of the art HAAS CNC turning centres. We have no minimum order quantity. But we are able to produce your components in massive numbers We work to tolerances of +/- .005mm. Download your file direct from our website for an on-line quotation We work in all kinds of plastics including PEEK, Nylon and FRPP. Profiplast can also provide certifications (certificate of compliance, raw material certificate, etc.) and inspection reports upon request.

CNC Milling

Our machining services hall houses CNC machining centres with 3, 4 and 5 axis capability. We can take your CAD file and quickly produce in aluminium, or a host od engineering plastics including ABS, POM, PC, PPC, PPS, PVC, CPVG, PEEK and many more CNC milling is a fast, highly repeatable process ideal for high precision and comples parts with the added advantage of complete repeatability

Fabrication and Assembly

We regularly work in projects using PP, PPs, PE, PVC, CPVC, Acetal and FRPP. We weld, bond and bend these materials. Amongst our welding process are hot air, butt welding, extrusion welding, socket welding and Infra red, all to the German Welding Society DVS standard. Our large welding department allows the maximum number of components to be processed in the minimum time.

Our Company

Established in 2005 in Straz pod Ralskem, Czechia, close to the German border. A company of 50 employees, we offer plastic engineering services to the whole world. We have invested heavily in CNC machining centres and state of the art welding facilities.
